HOUSE RULES 

I kindly request that you carefully read our house rules and observe them during your stay to avoid misunderstandings. 

Check-in and Check-out!

Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00.

Check-out is on the day of departure until 10:00.

Please respect these times, as this allows me to provide a clean and tidy space at all times.

Offer or Challenge:

I offer you the opportunity to earn a 1-hour late check-out if you inform me of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp, on the number: +34 711 010 7186.

If you also respect this time yourself, then upon arrival, I will offer you a check-out time of 11:00 instead of 10:00 AM. This will therefore only be considered based on the two criteria described above and by me personally!

If you wish to request a late check-out, please note that I may not be able to honor your request if I have guests checking in on the same day. Please note that there are costs involved for a later check-out.

€15 extra until 12:00 PM, and an extra €10 for every hour between 12:00 and 16:00.

These costs must be paid upon check-in to be eligible for this and are only possible in consultation.

HOUSE RULES during your stay

I kindly request that you read our house rules carefully and observe them during your stay to avoid misunderstandings. I am very grateful!

1. After 23:00, it is quiet time in the complex! Therefore, I do not expect noise disturbance that may bother other guests. If this is the case, please report it to me personally; you can always reach me at home via the front door! Parties or events are not allowed on the complex. There is plenty to do in the city. 😊
2. Smoking is, of course, not allowed in the caves.
3. Pets are allowed, up to a maximum of one dog per booking, and never allowed to be left unattended in the cave! In case of an accident, I request that you clean it up yourself.
4. Unregistered guests/sleepers are not allowed, including children. Should I notice during your stay that you are violating this rule, you are obliged to pay me € 35 per extra guest per night. This is only possible if these extra guest(s) can still be added to your accommodation due to the maximum number of guests per cave. This is related to the fire department's safety regulations. By violating this rule, I am free to remove you and your company from my complex. No exceptions whatsoever. I cannot guarantee safety in this situation, and the property could be closed by the police and/or fire department. And that is what I naturally want to prevent.
5. It is not allowed to park bicycles in the caves to prevent damage to the walls. This can sometimes be done in the complex and possibly in the garage if I have space there. Please notify me in time to prevent disappointment.
6. Because I run and maintain the entire complex alone, it is not possible to offer a 24/7 reception. Therefore, I can be reached by phone from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:15; outside these hours, the phone is on silent. You can always reach me at home at my front door until 22:00 with questions; after that, I would also like to get some sleep myself. In case of emergencies, please use my doorbell.
7. Be extra careful with your keys. In case of key loss, replacement costs of € 20 will be charged.
8. Handle the furniture carefully. Damage that evidently occurs will be at your expense. Therefore, do not move the beds and furniture, as this can unfortunately also cause damage.
9. I request that you do the dishes before you leave! I ensure that there is always sufficient dishwashing liquid and cloths available to comply with this rule. I am very grateful!
10. Do not leave food scraps lying around, as this attracts small visitors. Leave your waste outside the door before you depart. There are containers at the top of the road to deposit your waste.
11. The use of illegal substances is not permitted.
12. Be friendly and respectful! The complex is often used by multiple guests, so be considerate of each other.

WIFI Info: Please note that the Wi-Fi connection may not always reach the bedrooms in the caves due to the thickness of the cave walls. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TOUCH THE WIFI ROUTER or unplug it.

BBQ & Pizza Oven: Are available for all guests to use and enjoy.

The bedding is changed every 3 to 4 days during your stay; this depends on the length of your stay. I always try to do this in consultation with you! Towels are changed every three days during your stay. Leave them on the shower floor if you wish. If you want to keep using them to save water, please hang them up. 

LOCAL TRANSPORT INFORMATION 

Cuevas Barrio las Santas is located very close to the town of Huescar, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bars and supermarkets, and its main attractions of the town of Huescar are only a 15-minute walk  

However, if you’d like to venture a bit further and hike the stunning Sierra de la Sagra mountain range, or go for a beach day at Embalse de San Clemente Lake, driving.
